I dont believe they get a warning letter. The warning is the suspension. That being Im sure this warning feels more like a slap in the face, rather than a slap on the wrist.
Reason I dont believe they give notices has to do with scams that would dump shares if they have been given a notice.....

I dunno. Just hope the situation gets fixed. I guess thats all we can do.

A Pr that says what the exact problem is, and exactly how it will be rectified, and what sort of timefraim it will take, would be very appropriate by the end of the week. I dont think that is too much to ask at all.
