and he's not Gunther Slaton. He's a speculative investor, the same as you or I.

If, this is true:

All the info that has caused us (YOU!) to invest and support this company has come from "you" one way or the other...

then I would kindly advise you rethink your investing strategy and methodology. You may disagree with Jersey's opinion -- and on some issues, I do too -- but you and you alone are responsible for how you allocate your investment dollars.

I'm plenty pissed about the current situation myself, but neither Jersey, nor any other poster, should be the target of your derision. Aim your antipathy at Gunther Slaton. The company is his namesake and he is solely responsible for the company's sad and sorry state. Slaton's ignorance is no excuse -- nor is it mine, yours, or anyone else's. If you made a decision in ignorance (or, more to the point, not recognizing your own ignorance), right or wrong, the decision was yours. Accept it.

As Jerseyboy is plenty capable of speaking for himself, I'll not comment beyond this.

Who I really am is an investor with three kids, two in college, who has his largest investment of over $50K into this company as a result of having been introduced to it last summer by Investwise, and I can't afford to lose it. I have a background in accounting and financial reporting, and will do everything in my power to help Gil and the company through this situation and to navigate what I believe at this point to be complicated, though ultimately navigable, waters.
