Downsideup, I lived in Italy (a gorgeous villa right on the Mediterranean on the island of Sardinia) for almost a year in 2005. I speak passable Italian and I know more than enough about Italian wines (Amarone being my fave). I learned how to cook authentic Italian while living there, and also travelled throughout the country endlessly, therefore knowing all the great places to go! So, I'm ready! How about you? LOL
