odin, i think it's possible they released that water several days ago to identify the path that drainage would take. a rainstorm would have been just as helpful, but skies were clear that day.
as far as when we'll see stakes and survey activity going on, i think it's a bit odd for anyone to suggest it's not imminent. after all, they must prep the land first before that can happen, and we're seeing them waste no time doing exactly that.
imo we'll see some buildings going up in the west yard ASAP... and why not? they're growing revenues at a huge clip, why not see this manifest itself in their physical footprint?
