No man likes to hear that "He" has failed or is failing, maybe ponder over that approach, because right now, MSTF is failing.
What direction is the company going in, looks like they could be down sizing or loosing the market place and they are shutting her down. Why no PR's on the companies status, why de-register unless the company has failed or a Merger prospect. My mind is still on carrots, peas and squash. Maybe ask if there is anything the company is doing to appreciate the PPS.
