I disagree, since as a pinksheet they were under no obligations to post anything at all. The reports filed at pinksheets were prepared by an accountant, but not audited so mistakes are not surprising, imo.
Also to note, Labwire has only done one 504 placement to date even though they could have done 3 by this time.

Certainly if their intent was to draw buyers into their stock through misleading numbers then they would have dumped at least another two million dollars worth, since it was fully within their rights to do so. Therefore, I cannot agree with your allegations.
