No adjustment, that I've done, so far has changed that ... Rest is fine ...
Now I remember, it in any 'Reply' section ... VERY small Print ...
That may be a while in coming. The toolbar colors come from a tiny graphic that's replicated the length of the toolbar. At some point we may offer a limited choice of colors but it won't be as extensive as the page color choices.
