<I forsee no change.... They will provide only milestone payments and agreed upon royalties etc. except in the case of LFB which will take over some costs of Factor VII.
For reasons I do not care to divulge.....IMHO GTC has already decided on a partner and has an agreement acceptable to both parties. The "partner" will provide the funding of the operations for the forseeable future obviating the need for money from present partners or for any drastic reduction in their pipeline. Details of the proposed deal should be announced before the annual stockholder meeting.....>
Strange you went from our current partners helping with the cash problem to some future partner with reasons that you can't share. My point about the "bum" analogy is that we are in a very weak position to negotiate with our current financial situation. Do you see a hole in this? Second point is that current shareholders will be screwed to the point that future "partners" or "financers" will be the ones to pick up outsized benifits from the technology in comparision to shareholders, probably even shareholders who buy at current prices. Given the apparent value of the technology, a good question is whether or not management has been inept or corrupt in their actions. Either way it does not look good.
