paperman, i see no reason for such a concern. any shares issued in a deal for FT will be restricted. this means they won't hit the market for a long time to come, and in the case of a potential buyout at some point down the road, these shares might never be traded on the open market.

those of us watching L2 today saw someone routing through ARCA manipulating the trading in combination with NITE and SBSH. my theory is that someone still wants to accumulate at lower prices. they knew a pretty chart over the weekend, combined with bullish news, would send the stock even higher -- so why not hold it down just a bit longer if they can...

the strategy worked today, on a "sleepy" friday heading into a holiday weekend, but imo it's only a matter of time before this news moves the stock much higher. all imo.
