Yes, I will agree that the company is transparent, and with an excellent product for that matter.

However,

1. It is not in good standing on the market which it represents (using the excuse of others doing the same is just plane irresponsible and ignorant),

2. It is loosing it credibility with financial filing delays (it says its gonna file on the 10th then it doesnt, then it says it gonna file on the 20th and it doesnt) along with its amateur press releases.

In order to excel and go forward the company must be

1. Transparent (done)
2. In good Standing (not done)
3. Credible (not done)

Its missing 2 of the 3 main ingredients...

Believe me stockselction when I tell you that there is nothing more in the world that I would enjoy better then to seeing this company trade at $1.00 and more on a merited basis. But at the moment its not living up to the minimum of basic expectations and that is why it trades at these levels.

Your comment in regards to delays being part of the financial world are bogus (sounds like you took that out of a movie or some chump told you that it is so and because the company is in that situation it makes it okay to say so)...

We are talking about simple filings here. Every quality company in the markets whether its nasdq, amex, tsx etc.. will make it priority to file on time. Its the pure basics and not even discussed, its the foundation and merits to being listed on ANY exchange for others to invest in. We are not talking about delays on a possible merger, a buyout or closing of a large deal, we are talking about delays on things that have no reason to be delayed

In the financial world, who the fuck would want to make an investment in a company who doest want to show there financials and uses the excuse that "well we dont have to show them, so dont worry about it buy our stock".

Besides dummies like me and a few others I dont know of many. So lets not get frustrated and confused as to why we are trading at .01

SMKG is growing its company and closing the deals, however it fails to realize the importance of the basics. So long as it continues to delay this situation and ignore its importance it will not move forward.
