Excellent post Jim.Point well taken.What I ask myself and people I know is,what will be the event to either break the camels's back or turn the economy around.We all know the problems.No one seems like they know how to fix them or in governments case want to.$4.00 gas arrived in PA yesterday.
Seattle and Bellevue look like a great blue heron sanctuary...........cranes are everywhere. The owner of one of the primary steel erection companies in the country sees this as the last push before this highrise construction falls on its face.......coming from someone that has seen the ups/downs many times...we shall see.
