Just thought I'd post that for the sake of fairness and balance.

Your latest attempt to smear Larry Sanford is nakedly transparent in both it's simplicity and duplicity.

Your if/then statement suggests that Mr. Sanford is either mismanaging the company, or selling out to outside interests.

Neither statement is supported by facts.

You suggest foul play regarding terms of a contract you have never seen, for both Larry and Rex.

Good thing their office person is out sick, she'd probably be party to and a kingpin in the grand conspiracy too.

TULSON - do you remember you told me you had a hard time believing people would stoop to this type of thing ?

How about another assumption. Larry believes in his ability to make Allenergy an extremely profitable company that will be able to compensate him for his abilities some time in the future. I am very sure he wants compensation, if for no other reason than to show it on the Income Statement so he will not be accused of misrepresentations.

Just as an analogy, do you remember Chrysler Corp. going in to BK and a CEO, named Lee Iacocca (I am sure I misspelled his name) working for $1.00 per year until they came out of BK and again became profitable. The last I remember about that issue was the complaints about how much he made later.

I have read your accusations in regards to Larry Sanford often.... But I have met the man. He was very cordial, polite, and accommodating to my wife and I as he and Rex took time from their day to answer questions we had in regards to what they were doing south of Independence, KS. Maybe it is a scam? If so, it is a good one.

You, on the other hand, are nothing more than a bunch of scrambled letters (maybe a last name?) on a computer monitor.

Larry told me, in person, he does not recieve a salary, although he mentioned (with a grin on his face) that he and Rex own many shares of ALRY and it is their best interest for the PPS to go up.

Now, I ask you, Mr Watczyk, should I take your word as gospel when you spew unsubstantiated, undocumented (audited or otherwise) garbage on an daily basis? Please tell me why I can believe you vs Mr. Sanford when all you do is give opinions and point out the negative side of everything?

I am not a pumper, I have a considerable amount of money in ALRY stock and would like decent conversation, not constant BS.
