SALT LAKE CITY, May 21, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Evander Holyfield Real Deal

Grill(TM), the new electric indoor/outdoor grill endorsed by the former world

heavyweight champion and manufactured by CirTran Corporation (OTCBB: CIRC)

(www.cirtran.com), will soon be available worldwide through a new global
marketing agreement announced today.

Iehab J. Hawatmeh, CirTran's founder, president and CEO, said his company has
signed an agreement with Northern Response (International) Ltd.
(www.northernresponse.com) of Toronto, a leader in the direct response, home
shopping and retail product distribution industry.

Under the terms of the agreement, Northern Response will obtain exclusive
worldwide rights to market The Real Deal Grill outside the U.S. via TV shopping
channels, direct response TV, retail stores and online from Web sites hosted
locally. Northern Response will also air the CirTran-produced infomercial
featuring Holyfield on TV around the world and on stations whose signal reaches
both sides of the U.S.-Canada border.

The Evander Holyfield Real Deal Grill is manufactured by a CirTran subsidiary --
CirTran-Asia, Inc. -- which specializes in products for the direct response,
sold-on-TV marketplace. The grill comes with a deluxe stand and multiple
interchangeable cooking surfaces and other add-on items, making it what Mr.
Hawatmeh called "a versatile cooking appliance for any occasion... camping in
the mountains, tailgating at a game, or grilling at home." An infomercial
featuring Mr. Holyfield and The Real Deal Grill first started airing in October
2007. CirTran then decided earlier this year to make various changes to the
program, and plans to do media testing on the newly-revamped infomercial over
the next four months.
