OLWALRUS - would it be considered an expansive expense, in a relative sense, to consider an action, in terms of a faction, for line item inclusion, in cooperation and conjunction with accepted principals and procedures, and for accounting purposes only, to retain Terminex, for consulting and or other professional services?
