The float is the outstanding share count minus the stock which is subject to restriction PERIOD. I never cease to be amazed at how people try to finaggle around the float number. If there are 847,408,357 Shares Free Trading, then that is the float.
~~That's one of the problems with the micro market. Since a lot of money has left do to the economy many investors are the "ADD" jump in jump out on a quick gamble. I didn't buy this stock for a week long investement and apparently many did, not to mention people get discouraged with the massive shorting. IMO it will come home to roost so I am waiting and adding! All the people here to create doubt for current shareholders have pretty boring lives IMHO.~~
