Techlabs, Inc. Increases Stake in the BigHub.com, Inc.
JENSEN BEACH, FL reported today that in conjunction with its investment in BigHub.com that it had obtained a NOBO list of BigHub.com reflecting outstanding shares of 1,261,170,486.
Techlabs further announced it had redeemed 89,677,838 shares of BigHub.com from shareholders in private transactions, raising its ownership to approximately 14%.
