Back in December, NBC’s Tim Russert conceded that the media were less interested in covering a successful U.S. mission in Iraq, telling anchor Brian Williams that “with the surge in Iraq and the level of American deaths declining, it is off the front pages.”

This is not neutral news judgment, but a great favor to anti-surge Democrats, since TV’s lack of interest in Iraq spares them the chore of defending their now-discredited opposition to the surge. Does anyone think the media would have let John McCain off the hook had the surge failed as spectacularly as it has succeeded?

**MSNBC/NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, PBS, BBS, and most every newspaper is biased so blatantly that these so called "news sources" are becoming fictional, comic book media supplies for the naive children of the flower head mentality...aka My(dead)Space, noFacebook, MTV(my temporal visceral) and other immature outlets for the Osamabama brainwashed victims that would willingly buy the Brooklyn bridge if offered to them**

wonderful, now bush can just claim "mission accomplished" and pull all the troops out and watch the price of oil gently settle back down to 23 bucks a barrel where it was when he started all this insane crap.

It would be saudi arabia's little wink to us for getting the hell out of iraq.
Of course, the war crimes trial for invading a country unprovoked is another matter. We kind of hung saddam for stealing sand from kuwait, but maybe the next president will pardon our own Batman and the Joker after they are whisked from the national stage.
