Once again, who has all of these shares to sell at this price? Did anyone either confirm or deny that there are preffered shares of ALRY out in the market along with the common shares? I believe Blackoak said he had both? Please correct me if I'm wrong. Also, did ALRY change transfer agents? Is anyone sure that the O/S are below 108 million shares?
