Tree its very obvious. If you were to contact the texas authorities you would find that there is a time limit to sue a company 2 years I think. Its a better chance that they are waiting for this to take place then working on any news deals or getting these relisted. Ask yourself why are they doing this, all they are getting are restricted shares? I hope they do have news and this stock goes up so I can sell the hell out of my 6 million shares.
