The financial (being unaudited) are a fair representation of the business conducted in 2007. An Audited Financial Statement would add footnotes to clarify any deviance's, which may or may not include the lack of management salaries.

Larry is not taking a salary and you interpret this as FRAUD.

From that you "throw in a couple hundred grand for the big boys". Who are they?
