YES they do but WE DON'T! We have been had. The only hope of resurecting this ship is if BOB has a plan B. He still owns enough shares that he can pull this off. I do believe that JAY is a crook and has disregarded his colleagues and friends when it comes to money. Well, all I can say is KARMA BABY!
