I think if the general market simply had good reason to believe that people besides Chip and Frank were still working at NeoMedia (Terry Griffin et al , with perhaps a word-comment-from or reference-to Lefar and/or Cremona) the share price wouldn't look quite so much like that of a company teetering on the brink of an abyss.
