Wow Dew, the can of long term worms they are opening
with that proposal is like from a bad movie where
they unleash a virus on humanity, either by error
or design....they can't be seriously considering this
proposal as that puts every blood donor recipient in
harms way, especially those with compromised immune
systems and liver or kidney issues??
There has to be a better answer for the blood shortage
ala artificial blood, rather than subjecting our population
to widespread infected blood supply......shaking head
in disbelief, but can just see the headlines 20 years
from now, all the 1 trillion dollar lawsuits from those
infected and either deceased or dying from tainted blood.
