karin, your idea makes a lot of sense, however, i spend the majority of my time in the indian ocean, arabian gulf, gulf of oman, red sea etc. cell phones etc. just dont work offshore. all we have is a reeeeaaalllly slow signal out of italy for our shipboard computers. sometimes even that is out for days at a time. but, your idea is a good one and i appreciate you shareing it with me. should be home for my 6 week break first part of next month and will get up to speed then. thank you again for your response. information is power. all the best to you. pilot
