Adk, I'm not with you on the responsible part. Public companies go public in order to raise capital in order to expand their operations. We can sit back and second guess those decisions. Jared has been honest and forthright about the dilution that was coming. He didn't make the nervous shareholders crap their pants and panic sell over the past month. This stock lost the majority of its pps when dilution hadn't even taken effect and hit the OS per verification with the TA. The WHY for the dilution will have to be answered soon though and that is what definitely needs to be responsibly handled for the pps to reflect its real value. I'm a long as well but basically there is no good way to honestly dilute shares for a company. I do think he has mitigated the effects as much as possible hence why we are holding the 2s currently versus 000s. Hang in there dude and at least play to see the River card :-)
