That looks like a double to me.

One thing I never noticed on that Aerial photo is the shadow of the drainage between the Assembly bay and Fab shop. The water in the screenshots last weekend followed the same track.

I think this is the county plat for the property. The lot numbers are different but may help in searching for permits etc.
