I tried finding something on the Harris County website, but didn't find anything on Building Permits. I would call and ask if one was issued, but would hate to get the company in trouble if they've started anything prematurely. A lot of times grading gets started before proper permits are issued. I bet DPDW is doing it by the book, but wouldn't want to take any chances.
