Great post Nuggetman.

Very concise and descriptive of what is really going on. I only hope that those posters that continually see the negative of all NR will pay heed to your post. It does get boring reading the same ignorant post that want to deny reality no matter how many times it is posted.

We know why there was an increase in outstanding shares. For capital not for lining pockets.

We have seen the results of the new capital in 5 more new wells, settlement of the law suit, new equipment, new leases and most important, an increase in production and revenue.

The current pps is selling at a multiple of 21 times the last earnings per share per the last income statement. PPS will increase when future post verify the growth in production that many of us are patiently waiting for. Everything is as it should be with a company poised for growth.

I no longer consider myself a novice here. If I can understand what is happening with this company and can so easily foresee the inevitable future and many of my fellow posters are too lacking is wisdom or experience then it is those posters that are naive novices.
