some of these Chinese solar stocks have been running. People who like solar usually also like wind, thus they are searching out Chinese wind plays. From what I know, i may be wrong, i think WWEI is the only public china wind play around.
thats my take. Could break 200 day if WWEI hits some more trader radars. Then could make a run back above $0.10
