DEERFIELD BEACH, FL, Jul 21, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- CHDT Corp. (OTCBB: CHDO), a holding company actively managing subsidiaries focused on designing and manufacturing consumer products for the North American retail markets, announced today its subsidiary, Capstone Industries, Inc. (Capstone), has received orders for its STP(R) line of automotive accessories from a US warehouse club.
Capstone recently began shipping a $1,100,000 STP(R) tool order to one warehouse club and received a $1,400,000 order from a second club to be shipped in the 3rd Quarter for its Eco-i-Lite product, a new "Green" multi-functional torch light. This order represents the third warehouse club to order a Capstone product giving the company solid distribution in the warehouse club retail channel.
Last year the Capstone lighting division was the sole revenue producer for the company through its book and task lights sales. This year the company has introduced a line of STP(R) tools and automotive accessories, Simply Comfort -- a line of MP3 comfort accessories, Eco-i-Lite, and the Personal Pocket Safe which is selling online now and coming to retailers soon. Capstone has created unique holiday product offerings with all of its product lines and anticipates rapid revenue growth in the third and fourth quarters which are historically the strongest sales periods.
