I will take both the Nsomniyak and King challenge. I only wish I had spent more than 5 minutes Thursday night making my picks. LOL. Plus since The King and I are about as unsheeply as you can get we should be battling it out for the bottom. Without further dodo. My picks cover Tech, Oil, Natural gas, Metals and Agriculture.

MDVX.OB - Modavox owns some very interesting Intellectual Property in the Behavioral Targeting market. They believe the AOL/Tacoda Platform A advertising network is based on it and have sued AOL/Tacoda. This patent goes back to 2003 so if Tacoda did infringe the damages will be huge. Last court filings indicate they were in settlement discussions. You don't start these discussions unless you think you might be infringing. Plus Tacoda has no patents in this area and Modavox does.

BSIC.OB - Small O+G play. Market cap of only $40M yet they are playing in one of the hottest areas in the US. Won't take much to get a lot of interest in this one.

CAGC.OB - Recent numbers were below expectations but long term agriculture is going to be huge. Anybody go the grocery store lately?

CDE - Besides management sucking they are actually well positioned going forward. They will be the largest silver producer in 2009 and their gold mine in Alaska may finally open in 2009. I think someone buys them out and kicks current management down the shaft.

CPLY.OB - Interesting China play nobody has ever heard of. They are into high end luxury items in China. They are a leading Ferrari and Maserati importer, distributor and dealer in Hong Kong and dealer in China. They are expanding into several other areas such as clothing and helicopters. The helicopter deal kicks in beginning of 2009. They are a $100M revenue company and growing +20%. They always lose money in Q1 which was just announced but are profitable from there. Cash flow is excellent.

TMR - Natural gas. Anybody talking about NG going through the roof this summer? No? Means it probably is going to happen. I am running my air and its May in Iowa.

Looks like there were no winners either way on this deal since THREES didn't take the NSom Challenge. KIK beat everyone else who did, but did not win overall.

Now, I'm also proposing a gentleman's side bet which is ENTIRELY OPTIONAL. If, and only if, I beat EVERYBODY (ie. I win PSL9), you have to send $50 to the charity of my choice.
