imo they are just subgrading the empty land right now for better drainage which would be a land improvement.but there is a backhoe there as well, which could lead to some sewer work being done -if you see an engineering company come out and start putting stakes in the ground there is a very good chance we will be starting the intial phases of a project -most stuff in texas is on a slab and a warehouse could be built in a very short time.
the extra space would be great for many things as well as for additional space for electrowave as well -who seemed somewhat cramped imo a few more days should start to reveal their motive!
