2.13 ratio bull/bear is the very latest AAII.
Numbers are released on Wednesday and number and chart is then on Decision Point by Friday.
This is as of Friday night.
Yes it is major drop over a week as before it was 4.5-1.
You must be refering though to 4 weeks ago(about 3/24/2004) when it plunged to about a bull/bear ratio of 00.80.
That the first reading below 1.0 since roughly the end of March 2004.
The last 4 readings(weekly always) have been 2.5-1/3-1/4.5-1 and this week 2.13.
