Fat I respectfully disagree. Goerner is a perennial "interim", having filled that role before, Schrock is on several boards, and in this business it looks like alot of cronyism takes place. I doubt that either was brought on to do anything but wait and see what happens and be a little more lipstick for the pig. All my opinion.
