Still 5 MM's on the .0001 Ask. Scottrade does show the Ask at .0003. Need to see some MM's get off of that and go higher. hehe

There could be many reasons, stupid comes to mind. I hope they are smart but have my doubts at this point. 32.7 billion shares is enough for every man woman and child is the United States to own over 100 shares. I do not even own any other stock that has 1 billion shares, let alone diluted three times that many in one quarter.

someone issued 3 billion shares, but for what? So far it appears those shares are for nothing.

Possibly because the technology is nonexistent and it is just another farce? Get 3 billion shares to dump on the market for nothing. How long are these shares restricted for? and if these were restricted shares then why did the Issued and Outstanding share count jump so dramatically?
