If by chance, an occasional modest windfall is realized, it will be quickly absorbed by bonuses, insider loan repayments and other related party transactions. If by greater chance, the Dino's stumble across a blockbuster new product, it will be spun off to a new LLC in the time it takes to file the registration online, by guess who?
The shareholders not included in the insider group have near zero ability to influence the direction of the company and even less of a chance of participating in any meaningful profit. Any wager on DMTN is dependent on the integrity of the Dino's and we have seen some of that.
