Some how I dont see this comming of the greys... but what does it matter.

I rember you saying this was a great company with revenues but just had a little problem with share structure. Now you call it a "shell".

As long as the company isnt makeing money at the shareholders expense its probably a good thing. Funny how the new management just passed off blame to Qualitystocks.net which I have been told is totally baseless aqusation.

What will happen. My guess is new managment will try and clean up the shell for a few months and realise its a hopeless cause. To file paperwork to create a new shell is easier then getting off the greys. If anything ever does happen, Al will need to make the money he spent putting into the shell to clean it up. As I bet he has LOST MORE then anybody.. He will certainly want to make that money back. Plus someore. that means R/S and more dilution.... Thats how it works

Please don't screw us on the RM if it's to be.

OR are we counted in this new dealing , IMO fair is fair, even if we are only common stock holders, seems we should count some where in this new RM or what we have going maybe.

Don't forget us please, or money may even be harder to come bye than IR's.

Have a heart when printing preferred shares to the company pocket please, give us a chance out here in the game.

I spoke with IR many times, they seemed like the type with some heart also, please be fair to the old holder in the divi.

Company has a better product than some that are making money with good advertizing right now, why not medlight 630 pro its a shame the old guy couldn't do it and ran off. Can't stand a quitter, myself.

I gave up calling AL he never returns my calls either, course at the time I understand there was nothing could be said, maybe there is now , I don't have a clue.

gisman what about it are we going to have a chance? OR are we getting the shaft from IR as well on the take over.
