If all hidden gems were obvious, they wouldn't be so hidden (nor beaten down), now would they?
I'll agree with you that there will be restricted shares that mature. That's a given and no one is trying to hide that fact. Management tells me their own shares (approx. 24M between Frank and Bob) are restricted, so we are covered there. I am told that another 15M shares are owned by family/friends. Perhaps these are the PPs you refer to?
At any rate, I believe the worst of the worst is done now, for two reasons: it appeared that .015 was holding up well, as a bottom, and now that the suit is being dropped, the company will be free to disseminate all present and upcoming info as they so please.
It has been a difficult time for the company AND shareholders, being at the mercy (!) of bashers, but ARSC had little choice, while being in litigation. That being practically over now, more than a few 'believe' the PR machine can finally be turned on, while the printing press (which helped afford the litigation costs), can now be turned off (or at least, slowed down).
