congrats on being back in the green. I am struggling this month big time. i take one step forward then three steps backward. Its been happening all month and is now way beyond frustrating. mtd i now sit at a -6.01% and -2.86% for this week.
now that all the numbers are in I see exactly how much my decision to use gold and re as my longs this week cost me as opposed to the ndx.
.....a whopping 8.07% profit on the week is what i had if i used the ndx in the same % of acct in play as i did with the golds/re. so instead of what would be one of my top weeks ever i suffer a 2.86% loss. total swing is a delta of almost 11%.
i dont think ill be looking at too much on the puter this weekend. just want to get away and not think aobut it.
