LaSalle is in runoff. They were not expected to make it, but a few years ago, someone realized their assets were worth something and they were cash flowing and now the damn thing is 9 bucks a share.
This is key -- LSRAF is about to wind up and issue a cash payment to all parties. They did accelerated runoff proposal.
