Great post Sig, and I mean Great Post. That post is one of the best posts I have read, bar none.
You get a GOLD STAR for that one brother. What you just said, I don't believe, can be stated any better.
Perfect.
You said the following:
>>>>>>>>>>"If I hired an employee to do X amount of work within Z amount of time and continued to miss expectations, I'd eventutually have to let that employee go. Fred is the person who sets the timeline and fails to meet expectations that he set himself!
>>>>>>>>>>>I want this company to succeed because I want to make money, don't we all have this common goal? We have people on this board constantly bashing Hiss and theorizing thaw Hiss is a share selling business. You know what? I think it's BS but Fred hasn't been able to sell enough CT's to prove them wrong. All I want is for FW to perform and make us money, is that too much to ask of a CEO?"
While we're on the topic, a major portion of the curriculum, during my professional school training....involved projects, goals, timelines, and completion dates......among many other facets.....that had to be signed off on.....by the higher ups......in order to finally be certified and put out in the real world to do my thing. It was very rigorous, and very tough.....but I got things done.....on time and promptly.....matter of fact AHEAD of the required deadline for graduation. I personally expected more out of our company by this date. I have not given up at all....because I really thing we may be getting ready to turn the corner, but I am just flat out frustrated as hell.
I'm not used to seeing a business run this way......and there's not a thing I can do about it but hope our company can get it together. Company progress to date, is embarrasing.
