Those observations have been confirmed by subsequent visits, most recently fijiguy.

IMO It's the real deal, just takes time.

I tend to agree that this is not a scam. So am with most of the investors on that item. My personal feeling is that the management team has no idea what is involved in running a public company. But that is besides the point.....for now.

You have previously stated your expertise in finances and accounting, so I have a couple of questions in regards to the recently released numbers.............

1. With the info given, can you determine what shareholder equity is? If you can, would you please walk me through the calculation?

2. Not being an expert, but these financials look to be fairly basic with no long footnotes, etc. That being said, how long do you think they took to compile? Is it reasonable that the shareholders should have waited for 4 1/2 months to see these?

3. Overall, can give your opinion on these financials? Just looking for some general input.

No conspiracy theories in these questions, just your opinion. As you have asked others to give honest (no agendas) opinions, that is all I am asking here.
