There are two camps of thought posting on this message board.
Those who imply that the shares of AAPU are history based on a filing dissoluton and those who continue to see a progression as part of the original plan to a happy ending via a strong dd piece Merger Notice you received and conversations some of us have had with our brokers concerning our share status.
No doubt about it IMO, the copy of the MN and the May 9, 2007 PR + a truckload of positive dd showing triangle connections is good evidence to state the case our shares and assets of the company were moved somewhere else prior to the dissolution of the AAPU shell. The SUPER DUPER PREFERRED SHARES are interesting but meaningless in the grand scheme of things IMO.
