Why, becuase bunm is not wanting to increase their signups to where it is not managable. Which I think is a crock! We have a great product and why not us amking the top of the list. We have not capitlized on anything. The company is late on posting numbers and the shareholders are becoming restless, I for one. I would like to see any kind of jump from the bottom.
