Not to nitpick, but he said they currently compete for two to three percent . . . here:

Answer: "Over the course of the next five years, there are probably $80 billion worth of capital expenditures expected in the offshore market. We currently compete for probably two to three percent of that spectrum."

Question: "Isn't that a rather small number?"

Answer: "Very small. So there in lies the opportunity. In term of our strategy, our business strategy going forward. We plan to expand the markets that we are in, but we also plan to make some very key strategic acquisitions that will allow us to compete for a bigger piece of that budget."
