When Ron Smith acquired the building in 2001/2002, It was described as "a 47,400-square-foot manufacturing facility at 15473 East Freeway in Channelview, TX" also "The building, about 5 miles east of Houston, features 14 drive-in bays, a 26-foot ceiling height, and four cranes ranging in size from two to five tons."
It was acquired from ILX Ltd. (they had been leasing the space out previous for aprox. $0.32 per square-foot)
