hey guys... sorry for any confusion... I have been getting swamped with PMs wondering if the sky is falling... all that post was meant to was to inform ya that they are now on the PINK sheets, no longer (due to not filing the required SEC reports) trading on the better exchange although (IMhO) I have never thought much of the otcBB but that is another matter lol
Feel free to post to this board, I can't answer each PM sent me or I would never get anything done..
But for the record, your shares of rtek are not worthless ... WorldCom traded on the pinks for quite a while and people made money. HealtSouth did as well... so did K-Mart...
The pink sheets have a following... just not ME
Anything can happen. Personally, I gave up on the Pit and the rubber business some time ago. It was not due to IMO Trevor not trying. And keep in mind, with his investment, I would assume that he will try and make lemonade out of the lemons.
They can become a filing concern in the future and apply to be relisted on the otcBB and move off the pinks. The otcBB has a better following!
If they fail to file the formally required SEC docs, they will have a hard time selling it as a shell so keep your fingers crossed but as of now, until something good happens, your shares are just as worthless as they were yesterday or will be tomorrow if you catch my drift?
