Are you kidding???? Do you have any idea how long of a process this is. My father-in-law is a dentist and he purchased a vacant office that was adjacent to his. This is a small space that basically is going to be a brand new waiting room and front desk area. He just got the plans back 2 weeks ago after 2 months of waiting. Now changes have to be made and new plans must be constructed. Then you have to find a contractor adn get building permits... then there is the building process itself. He's looking at at least a year... and thats for a small simple job.
So you are trying to scare people into thinking if a 20,000 square foot building isn't constructed in 2 months they should run for the hills.
No offense, but that's just stupid. If you don't believe in RVGD, then run for the hills NOW... if you do believe in RVGD, you wait it out... stop trying to scare people.
