It's a long term project. After they reinstitute the draft, they will be to bring in lot's of fresh recruits. And they can still threaten those countires with bombs. They can park a bunch of B1s out in Iraq, just to let folks know, whos in charge.
Besides, theres the new nukes the Bushies are working on. Combined with a new policy of nuking countries even if they don't have such weapons. Cause maybe they have "terrorists". So we can terrorize them. Nothing like mutual terror to make the world a safer and better place to live.
