Its anyone's guess but here are my thoughts on this given where we are. Obviously it all depends on the partnership deal that they promised would be signed by the end of June.

(1) A solid partnership deal by June with sufficient upfront cash may allow them to forgo another financing in the near-term...
(2) Otherwise, I would expect another financing soon after they implement a Reverse Stock Split and secure their NASDAQ coninued listing...
